A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights. Fela Kuti is another leader who served his people with the gift of music. Leadership is about service and one needs to be in the back serving, before receiving... ( lire plus...)

My inspiration comes from every human action outside of my small room. When the cock crows to announce a new day, the first smile that spreads across my face emanates from the believe that each day comes with a new action and idea. As I step out of my room, i try to see in every human being that I meet what s/he thinks and believes about various life forms. I believe every word spoken by a human being is useful, even if its use simply demonstrates how useless some peoples thoughts might be.... ( lire plus...)
